In Hitachi Ltd., Japan, in order to advance research and development, the engineering staff work in close cooperation with the engineering staff of Hitachi Research Laboratory. Hitachi Ltd., Japan has one of the most advanced research facilities in the industry, which is the Elevator Research Tower. By using these facilities and other simulators for engineering design, Hitachi’s strong R&D team in Japan are able to share their advanced research and development knowledge throughout the global company.
Today, our local R&D team works based on this integrated engineering system to work closely with our parent company, Hitachi Ltd., Japan.
